Am 15. Mai jährt sich das Inkrafttreten des Übereinkommens über die Rechte von Menschen mit Behinderungen (UNO-BRK) in der Schweiz zum zehnten Mal. Mit dessen Ratifizierung hat sich der Bund verpflichtet, die Rechte von Menschen mit Behinderungen vollumfänglich umzusetzen.
