The more I think about it, the more it affects me. [&#8230;]. When it started to rain, I didn&#8217;t think it would be this severe. My roof leaks during rain, so I was placing buckets where it leaked. [&#8230;] Around four in the morning, I went outside holding a torchlight. It was still raining. I saw that a landslide had taken everything.&#8221;<\/p>\n\t<p>&#8220;When heavy rains damaged my roof last year, I couldn&#8217;t afford proper repairs [&#8230;]. While others in my community could get loans to strengthen their houses, the bank rejected my application.
